Moving Together!

A movement and wellbeing project for parents and carers.

Are you a parent or carer of a long-term patient at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital?

Do you find it difficult to take care of your own health and wellbeing whilst spending long periods at the hospital?

These sessions are for you!

Supported by Sport England, sessions are free of charge, drop in and tailored to your needs. We will run five series of weekly sessions between April 2026 and March 2027.

Dates Series 1: 16th, 23rd, 30th April and 7th, 14th May.

Time: 5.30 - 6.30pm

Location: All sessions take place in the Institute, the building just behind the hospital. Meet by WH Smith between 5.15pm-5.25pm and we will accompany you to the Institute.

Please wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in and bring some water. We'll provide everything else!
